Film Stockholm AB started in 2021 and is a regional film fund. Our mission is to create the optimal conditions for film and television production in Sweden’s capital region through co-production, film commission activities and talent development. Furthermore, we invest in films and TV series with artistic and regional relevance that reflect the region's population and diversity of stories. Furthermore, we invest in productions that create more jobs, generate regional tax revenue and that can contribute positively to the hospitality industry and the image of the Stockholm region. We are owned by Region Stockholm and is run in close cooperation with the City of Stockholm.

CineRegio representative - Mrs. Kristina Colliander
Kristina has been in the film and TVinudstry for about 30 years. Present as CEO of the regional film fund Film Stockholm since august 2021. The first part of her career she was ”on set” as FAD. Line producer and to producer, mainly in productions as employeed at the swedish public broadcaster SVT. The latest 15-20 years Kristina have had key roles as Head of Children at SVT, Head of the national filmsupport to productions and Head of the overall national supprortscheme at Swedish Filminstitute. During the pandemic she was responsible for the Swedish governments crisis support to the hole Swedish filmindustry.
